Microbe

Microbe - 1 Probe Scanner

The Microbe - BTG005 is a small hand held scanner with built in encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate a single Phased Array probe around ferrous piping and vessels. Its small and ergonomic design makes it the perfect tool for encoding probe position.

Microbe - 2 Probe TOFD Scanner

The Microbe – BTG013 is a small hand held scanner with built in encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate two TOFD probe around ferrous piping and vessels.

Microbe - 2 Probe Phased Array Scanner

The Microbe - BTG006 is a small hand held scanner with built in encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate two Phased Array probe around ferrous piping and vessels.

Rotix

Rotix - 2 Probe Phased Array Scanner

The Rotix is a manual “chain” scanner. It is designed to provide encoded probe position of probes circumferentially around tubes and pipes. The Rotix is completely configurable for both phased array and traditional UT (Ultrasonic Testing) with single or multiple probes.

Rotix - 4 Probe Weld Scanner w/ PPS

The Rotix – CEG011 is a manual chain scanner designed to provide encoded probe position of two Phased Array probes circumferentially around tubes and pipes. Urethane wheels built into the chain links provide smooth constant rolling when scanning. The Rotix chain can be adapted from 1.5 in. – 38 in. OD using multiple combinations of short and long links.

STIX - 2 Probe TOFD Scanner

The Stix – BGG001 is a manual magnetic scanner with a trailing encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate two TOFD probes around ferrous piping and vessels. Its simple and functional design allows for minimal adjustments between scan setups.

STIX - 2 Probe Phased Array Scanner

The Stix – BGG002 is a manual magnetic scanner with a trailing encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate two Phased Array probes around ferrous piping and vessels. Its simple and functional design allows for minimal adjustments between scan setups.

Circ-it

Circ-it - Single Probe Weld Scanner

The Circ-it is a manual small diameter scanner, designed to provide encoded position of probes circumferentially around piping and tubing ranging in size from 21.4mm (0.840in) to 114.3mm (4.500in). Due to the ultra low profile design the Circ-it scanner can operate in an 11mm (0.433in) radial clearance envelope. The DJG007 Circ-it kit is designed for single probe scanning applications.

The Circ-it is a manual small diameter scanner, designed to provide encoded position of probes circumferentially around piping and tubing ranging in size from 21.4mm (0.840in) to 114.3mm (4.500in). Due to the ultra low profile design the Circ-it scanner can operate in an 11mm (0.433in) radial clearance envelope. The DJG001 Circ-it kit is completely configurable for both dual and single probe scanning applications.

Odi

Odi - Single Probe

The Odi encoder is used to provide encoded position of a probe along the scan axis. The small size of the Odi makes it a perfect tool for hard to access areas or where space is limited. The Odi has a clamp system so it can be used with any manufacturerâs wedge and probe combination. This also allows it to be clamped to a scanning frame to provide encoded position.

Odi-II

The Odi-II is used to provide encoded position of two probes along the scan axis. The small size of the Odi-II makes it a perfect tool for manual TOFD scanning.
